Summary
A comprehensive study presenting the ways and possibilities of creating an experiential farm between Balatonakali and Dörgicse, incorporating the spirit and techniques of organic farming.
In addition to the comprehensive study, two complementary studies on the cultivation and use of medicinal plants in the Lake Balaton region, from the conditions of cultivation, the plants to be cultivated, the different marketing channels, and the possibilities of hydroponic cultivation, taking into account the types of cultivation and the international examples already in operation, were carried out with the support of the project.
